Kansas City, Mo (KSHB) -- Baby Lisa Irwin disappeared from her Missouri home on October 3, 2011.
On Wednesday, the child's parents held a vigil in her honor.
Dozens gathered to sing and pray on behalf of the missing toddler.
Baby Lisa's mother, Debbie Bradley, appeared overcome with emotion during the vigil.
Police say they've received thousands of tips and followed several leads but none have led to the child.
Despite the unsuccessful search, family, friends and volunteers continue to put up fliers of the missing toddler.
"We just ask you keep it up and keep Lisa in your prayers because we are absolutely not giving up until she comes home," said Bradley.
Baby Lisa was reported missing after her father returned home from work and did not find the child in her crib.
