St. Louis (KSDK) - Charges have been filed against a man accused of killing a woman in a fatal car accident over the weekend.

Glenn Shelby, 27, has been charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter, second-degree assault, and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Jameem Jones, 23 was killed Saturday night near the intersection of Lee and Fair in north St. Louis.

Authorities say Shelby was driving a vehicle at a high rate of speed and t-boned Jones' vehicle.

Shelby then crashed into a building.

He is held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
