Imperial, MO (KSDK) - The cause of death of a popular Seckman High School student has been determined.
Jacob Siebert died suddenly earlier this week.
On Friday, the medical examiner called NewsChannel 5 to say his cause of death was blood clots in the lungs that may have originated in his legs.
Siebert did attend a football practice a few days before his death, but the superintendent says he didn't report any injuries.
