Wentzville, Mo (KSDK) -- Someone is wreaking havoc in downtown Wentzville. Police say there have been four burglaries at businesses since the beginning of October.

The most recent burglary took place at the Napa Auto Parts store early Monday morning.

Wentzville police say they don't have a lot of details, but believe all four incidents are related, with similar scenes at each and they all happened overnight.

About two weeks ago Wheels Sports Bike Shop was broken into. The vandals tore apart a lock, a window and tried to pry open the cash register.  The burglars walked out of the store with a bike helmet and some clothes.

"Very violated, yes, never felt violated before in my life, until there's nothing I can do to stop it," says Steve Padilla, owner of the bike shop.

At Chic Lumber they got to about $90 cash and at Ehll's Western Auto they stole about $50.

The manager says he thinks they are lucky.

"These people broke a window which cost me 350 dollars to fix over 50 bucks," says George Ehll, manager of Ehll's Western Auto.

Some of the owners we spoke to say they've learned their lesson and have installed security cameras.

There is a $500 reward for any information that leads to an arrest in this case just contact your local police.
