Hillsboro, MO (KSDK) - A Jefferson County man pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy charges related to his July arrest at a House Springs supermarket.
Frank Fuchs, 50 of Cedar Hill was arrested July 15th at the Price Chopper grocer after an employee of the store located a video recording device in the ceiling of the ladies restroom.
In exchange for his guilty plea, the Honorable Robert Wilkins ordered Fuchs to serve three years in prison.
Prosecutors say Fuchs placed the equipment in the ceiling and was identified from photos recorded on the equipment.
Investigators say Fuchs had recorded multiple victims over the course of installing the device. Deputies continue to investigate whether Fuchs had attempted to commit similar crimes at other Jefferson County businesses.
