St. Louis (KSDK) -- Two truckloads of donations for Hurricane Sandy victims have arrived in New Jersey.
Newark, New Jersey Mayor Cory Booker tweeted Monday morning that they received two trailers full of supplies and said that he is feeling "the love" from St. Louis.
Several local organizations came together to collect supplies for the East Coast storm victims over the weekend in a drive called #STLforSandy. People brought diapers, food, toiletries, pet supplies and other materials to Kirkwood Commons, Soldier's Memorial and to St. Louis City firehouses.
The two trucks were loaded up and driven out east.
