St. Louis (KSDK) -- A 14-year-old boy drove a stolen car, crashed and died Monday, according to St. Louis police spokesperson David Marzullo.
St. Louis police said county officers pursued a Chevrolet Malibu and a Dodger Charger suspected of being involved in a recent carjacking.
Police said they determined that the Malibu and been stolen earlier in the evening in the 3100 block of Norwood. It crashed near West Florissant and Mimika killing Beion Womack.
Officers tried to stop the Charger and it crashed near Natural Bridge and Kingshighway. The driver of the vehicle got out and ran off. He has not been captured.
