St. Francois County, MO (KSDK) - One person police say was involved in Tuesday's shooting in St. Francois County has been charged on an unrelated warrant.
Mark L. Martin, Sr., 51, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, an outstanding warrant from St. Louis County.
Martin posted bond and has been released. He was one of two people taken into custody after a 39-year-old was shot at a business on State Route 221.
The victim was airlifted to a St. Louis area hospital and is expected to recover.
The second suspect, a 37-year-old Farmington resident, was questioned and released.
A 59-year-old Farmington resident is still wanted by police. That person's name has not been released.
The shooting continues to be under investigation.
