St. Louis "America's greatest city," says British expatriate

St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - Two decades in the Gateway City have convinced one British expatriate that St. Louis is "America's greatest city."

In a column published in The Daily Telegraph's Weekly World Edition, writer Mark Sutherland touts his move to St. Louis as a "life-changing experience."
