South St. Louis (KSDK) - A 14-year-old boy was shot through both legs while standing outside with a 15-year-old friend in the 1400 block of Peabody Ct. Police responded to the shots fired call around 1:30 am. The shot was fired by someone riding in a dark colored Chevrolet Malibu.

The boy was taken to the hospital in unknown condition. His friend was unharmed.

Police have no suspects in custody and the shooting is under investigation.
