Warrenton, MO (KSDK) - Three Warren County residents were arrested over the weekend after deputies discovered three separate meth labs in a home where three children were present.

According to Warren County Sheriff Kevin Harrison, the department received a cell phone call on November 24 just after 6:15 a.m. The person on the other end of the phone hung up, but not before dispatchers heard something of a disturbance in the background.

Dispatch traced the origin of the cell phone call to the area of Abrolat Road. Deputies went to the area and began conducting a house to house search to locate the origins of the call and determine if somebody was in need of help.

When deputies made it to the 23000 block of Abrolat Road, they detected an odor of starter fluid coming from a residence. Deputies also found a burn pile in the backyard, with fuel containers and stripped lithium batteries.

The items and odors are commonly associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine, Harrison said.

The deputies made contact with the three occupants, 33-year-old Alychia Cooper, 19-year-old Jeromy Golden and 28-year-old Ashley O'Haver, and determined there was no disturbance. Deputies also inquired about the odor and the burn pile and asked to search the home.

Harrison said the three occupants refused to grant consent to search the residence, so deputies secured the scene and applied for a search warrant. When the warrant arrived, deputies searched the home and discovered three active meth labs, as well as three children, ages 2, 13 and 14. The children were removed from the home and placed into protective custody.

All three suspects were charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, distribution of a controlled substance, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Alychia Cooper, Jeromy Golden and Ashley O'Haver all remain jailed on $50,000 cash bond.
