Cleveland, OH (WEWS/CNN) - The mother of a murdered Cleveland toddler is ordered to turn over a DNA sample.

Police have charged 20-year-old Camilla Terry with aggravated murder in the death of her 3-year-old son Emilliano Terry.

At a press conference Wednesday, Cleveland deputy police chief Edward Tomba says the boy's body has not yet been positively identified.

"Nothing points us in any direction that there is another accomplice. We are going to talk to family members. We have trace evidence that we want to process, you know we want to process, which the trace evidence team at the coroner's office will do. They're going to process all the evidence, the bags, you know for finger prints and if we find something that isn't consistent with her, then we're gonna locate the person or persons and we're gonna talk to them. So basically that's what we're doing. Right now we don't have any other accomplice or any reason to believe anyone else was involved at this moment right here today," said Deputy Chief Edward Tomba.

Terry reported her son missing over the weekend.

A body matching the boy's description was discovered Monday night at a waste collection site.
