St. Louis County (KSDK) - Police are investigating after victims of a robbery chased the suspects to an intersection in St. Louis County and a third party, brandishing a weapon, got involved.
St. Louis County police say they received a call at 3:05 p.m. Friday about a man with a gun near Highway 141 and Big Bend.
Officers arrived on the scene and determined the incident was a continuation of a robbery that happened in the 1100 block of Westleigh Terrace in Manchester.
The victims of the robbery chased the suspects by car to the southbound Highway 141 exit ramp at Big Bend, where the suspect's vehicle was stopped in traffic.
The victims got out of their car and approached the suspects, and a fight broke out.
A third party with a conceal carry license noticed the argument and exited his vehicle with a handgun in an attempt to break up the fight.
The suspects were able to get away before police arrived.
No one was injured.
