(KSDK) -- Ekert's Farm in Belleville is filled with nearly 3,000 White Pine Trees for you to cut down. There are also about 750 pre-cut trees in various varieties ready for you to haul away.

"So if you want a Douglas Fir or a Frasier Fir you can get those trees already cut because they don't grow in our climate and if you want to go have the experience of cutting a tree out on a farm you can ride the wagon out and get a tree it's gonna be a White Pine Tree," said Chris Eckert.

It takes about seven years to grow a White Pine.

If you're interested in cutting your own tree at Eckert's the cost is $45. Pre-cut trees range from $45-$165.
