Bartelso, IL (KSDK) - Funeral services for 45-year-old firefighter Tim Jansen were held Thursday at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso, IL.
Jansen died in the line of duty last weekend, when he was struck by a fire truck at the scene of a fire in Clinton County.
He was a 15 year veteran of the Santa Fe Fire Protection District and the owner of MacJennas Restaurant in Bartelso, Illinois.
Tim Jansen is survived by his wife and two daughters.
