St. Louis County, Mo (KSDK) -- A tractor trailer of wreaths is delivering wreaths to cemeteries across Missouri as part of the annual Wreaths Across America.
On the second Saturday in December, volunteers lay wreaths on the graves of fallen soldiers across the country. Prime Incorporated donated the truck and the wreaths for the graves in Missouri.
The truck will made a delivery to State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield. It will drop wreaths at Jefferson Barracks in south St. Louis County and then St. James Veterans Cemetery in St. James Thursday. Wreaths will also be delivered to Springfield National Cemetery in Springfield. Friday.
The national caravan of wreaths ends Saturday at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia where more than 100,000 wreathes will be laid on the graves of fallen soldiers.
