St. Louis (KSDK) -- A 19-year-old woman is charged after witnesses told police a man was tossed from a moving vehicle in north St. Louis.

Police said the Circuit Attorney's Office charged Chtonia Battile, 19, with murder, robbery and two counts of armed criminal action.

She was jailed on a  $100,000 cash-only bond.

Police responded to a call about a person struck in the 5400 block of Page on December 10.  They said officers found Benny Hill dead at the scene with a puncture wound to his neck.

Witnesses told police Hill had been in a white van.
