BENTON, Ill. (KSDK) - A 36-year-old Ridgeway, Illinois man pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal drug charges involving marijuana manufacturing, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois Stephen Wigginton said.
A federal grand jury indicted Paul Reynolds on September 5, 2012, charging him with one count of conspiring to grow more than 100 marijuana plants and one count of growing more than 100 marijuana plants. The crimes supposedly occurred in Gallatin County between April 2012 and August 29, 2012.
Paul Reynolds will be sentenced April 25, 2013. He faces between 5 and 40 years imprisonment, a $5 million fine, and 4 years to life of supervised release on each count.
Reynolds' codefendant, 39-year-old Daniel Fulkerson, pleaded guilty to the same charges last month. He'll be sentenced April 11, 2013.
