Centreville, Ill. (KSDK) -- A two-alarm fire leaves a Centreville home with major damage.
Firefighters of the Church Rose Fire Department responded to the home in the 4200 block of Tudor Avenue at approximately 1:00 p.m. Officials say when the first responders arrived on the scene the house was fully engulfed in flames and they then called a second alarm.
No one was injured in the blaze as the homeowners were not home at the time the fire started.
Officials say the damage to the home was so severe the homeowners will not be able to return.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Illinois State Fire Marshall.
