ST. LOUIS, MO (KSDK) -- An electrical fire damages the office of a small photography studio in Soulard Sunday evening.
Records show that Bullivant Gallery photography studio was located in the 1100 block of Lami. The photography studio was on the second floor of the brick building.
The first alarm fire began on the second floor of the building. Firefighters knocked down the blaze almost right away with at least eight fire trucks on the scene.
Officials say the fire began when a bathroom fan shorted out in the Bullivant Gallery. The building sustained minor fire damage but all of the photography equipment from the studio suffered extensive water and smoke damage.
No one was occupying the building when the fire began and no injuries have been reported.
