St. Louis, Mo. (KSDK) -- Two men are on the run, both accused in an early morning car-jacking. St. Louis police are investigating the carjacking, which took place in South St. Louis.

Around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, investigators said a woman found herself at gun point when she stopped at a red light in South St. Louis. One man with a gun, and another man with a taser, demanded the keys from the woman with a 1995 Oldsmobile.

Police said the carjackers made the victim get into the passenger seat of her car. The suspects then drove to the motel where the woman was staying in the woman's car with his alleged accomplice sitting in the backseat.

When the carjackers pulled up to America's Best Value Inn the woman jumped out of her car, ran away, and called the police.  The two suspects then took off in her car.  No one was injured in the carjacking.  Police do not have anybody in custody at this time.

The investigation is ongoing and NewsChannel 5 will bring you more information as it becomes available.
