HENDERSON, Nev. (KSNV/CNN) - A Nevada lawman is reportedly the focus of a grand jury investigation because of the controversial 2010 dashcam video above.
The camera was rolling as Henderson police Sergeant Brett Seekatz repeatedly kicked a driver in the head.
Officers later realized Adam Greene was experiencing diabetic shock.
Greene settled with the city for $300,000.
Seekatz was disciplined but still works for the department.
Because grand jury investigations are secret it's not clear what, if any, federal charges the officer will face.
