Chester Woods, Davionte Williams plead guilty to killing Imo's pizza driver

Clayton, MO (KSDK) - A guilty plea from two of three suspects charged in last summer's murder of an Imo's pizza deliver driver outside a home in Hillsdale.

20 year old Chester Woods and 19 year old Davionte Williams pleaded guilty Friday to second degree murder, robbery, and armed criminal action in the May shooting death of Daniil Maksimeko of Ballwin.

Sentencing for Woods and Williams is scheduled for next month before St. Louis County Circuit Judge Thea Sherry.  Both of them could face a life prison term.

The victim was shot to death after he was robbed of a pizza he was delivering to a home in the 2100 block of Erick Avenue.  police say the victim was the victim of gunfire before he was able to get out of his vehicle.

A third defendant charged in the case is awaiting trial on similar charges.
