Stevens Institute of Business and Arts shooting
ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - St. Louis' Stevens Institute of Business and Arts is scheduled to reopen Tuesday for the first time since a shooting on campus.
Police say Sean Johnson walked into the school Tuesday, January 15 and shot financial advisor Greg Elsenrath before turning the gun on himself.
Both men survived.
Johnson, 34, has been charged with first-degree assault, felony armed criminal action, felony unlawful possession of a firearm, and misdemeanor possession of a defaced firearm.
Investigators believe he was upset about being denied financial aid, and that's what led to the shooting.
