ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Milton Ohlsen has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for the 2008 bombing in the Carondelet Plaza parking garage. In addition, he was sentenced to 3 years supervised release after he leaves prison.

Ohlsen pleaded guilty in September to four counts involving the 2008 bombing. Ohlsen admitted that he concealed the explosive device in a gift basket and placed it next to an Acura TL. He was targeting his wife's divorce lawyer, but instead he left the device next to someone else's car in the parking garage on Carondelet. The bomb exploded, injuring John Gillis. Gillis suffered serious injuries in the bombing.

Gillis did not appear in court for the sentencing but Ohlsen apologized to him, saying, "I am very sorry this happened you."
