DENVER (KUSA) - What was the last position you found yourself sleeping in? A new study, done by a body-language expert, says the position you sleep in may offer insights into your personality.
There are four main sleeping positions:
The fetal position is the most common. The study says this position is most favored by worriers, and the more we curl up, the more comfort we're seeking.
Maybe you're more of a straight body sleeper - with your arms and legs at your sides. This position indicates stubbornness.
The 25 percent of us that sleep with arms stretched out in front are yearners, either chasing a dream or being chased. The study says yearners wake up eager to face the challenges of the day.
Finally, freefallers are the ones that lay face down, arms outstretched. They make up 17 percent and feel they have little control over their life.
