ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - St. Louis police are searching for two suspects in connection to a shooting that happened outside of a downtown church Sunday afternoon.
The victim, a 23-year-old male, was found in the middle of the street outside the Centenary United Methodist Church located at 17th and Pine just after 1:30 p.m.
He was shot twice, once in the buttocks, and once in the hip area. He was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries where he is listed in serious but stable condition.
A stray bullet also hit a PT cruiser on the street.
Police say the victim was arguing with a 22-year-old man and a man in his early 20s, when the man in his early 20s pulled out a gun and shot the victim.
No arrests have been made.
