JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KSDK) - A settlement has been announced with a St. Louis Medicaid home health provider for fraudulently billing Medicaid.
Attorney General Chris Koster made the announcement Thursday about Infiniti Home Care, Inc., which was accused of billing for services it never provided.
Koster says the settlement is a solution to allegations from February 2009 through February 2012.
Infiniti Home Care, Inc. will pay to the Mo HealthNet Fraud Reimbursement Fund $174,504, which includes $23,001 in restitution. The rest of the money is for damages, penalties, and the cost of the investigation.
