St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - Police made quick work of a burglary investigation early Friday, tracking, finding, and arresting two men at a south St. Louis tavern, just minutes after a break-in at a business in the old Lemp Brewery complex.

Police reported to the break-in scene at the Lemp complex around 12:45 a.m. where a maintenance worker told police he heard a commotion and a crash and investigated the area of Halloween Products, a firm that operates in a portion of the complex, in Building 21.

The maintenance worker was confronted by two men police identified as residents of Kermit, Texas.  A witness saw the two men running down Lemp Avenue towards Cherokee Street.

Police and canine officers began searching for the pair, finding them moments later inside O'Malley's Irish Pub in at the corner of Lemp and Cherokee where they took both men into custody.

Charges are pending and no names have been released at this time.
