KIRKWOOD, Mo. (KSDK) - A woman with two prior alcohol related offenses was charged earlier this month with driving while intoxicated.
Det. Dave Smith with the Kirkwood Police Department says 24-year-old Leslie Schwend of Cedar Hill, Missouri blew a 0.14 percent during a breathalyzer test.
According to court documents, Schwend was pulled over for speeding and weaving February 3 while driving westbound on Interstate 44 at Holmes.
Schwend pleaded guilty in 2007 for driving with an excessive blood alcohol content for an incident that occurred in August 2006, and was convicted of driving while intoxicated in 2009 for an incident in October 2008.
An earlier version of this story stated Schwend's breathalyzer test was measured at .41 percent. This information was obtained from the Kirkwood police report, which was incorrect.
