CHICAGO (WGN/CNN) - A controversial billboard is turning some heads in Chicago.

The billboard for ArrangementFinders.com contains a sexually suggestive message and a picture of a former porn star.

The website promises "mutually beneficial arrangements" for users.

Some people have complained about the billboard's racy statement, however the website claims the message is just a play on words about the city's high unemployment rate.

And the company claims that its Chicago subscriber base doubled the day the billboard went up.
