ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Construction will officially get underway Wednesday on a new downtown senior living center.
Over the next several months, the Plaza 50 building on Pine will undergo a $20 million renovation.
It's the first project to take advantage of a new tax credit redevelopment program being offered by the state.
When finished, CityParc at Pine will boast 149 apartments for seniors.
The development is slated to open next spring.
