COLUMBIA, Ill. (KSDK) - A judge has thrown out a wrongful death lawsuit against televangelist Joyce Meyer.
Christopher Coleman worked at the ministry when he killed his wife Sheri and their two young sons in Columbia, Illinois in 2009.
The lawsuit by Sheri Coleman's family claimed the ministry knew Christopher Coleman was unhappily married, did nothing to investigate threats against Coleman's family, and didn't warn Sheri Coleman.
This is the second time the courts have thrown out a claim by Sheri Coleman's family.
A similar lawsuit was dismissed back in September.
Attorneys say they will appeal this latest decision.
