BENTON, Ill. (KSDK) - An Anna, Illinois man was sentenced to prison time for the distribution of methamphetamine on Friday.
Charles J. Brimm, 25, had previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
Court documents state between 2010 and March 12, 2012 Brimm obtained over 100 grams of pseudoephedrine to manufacture methamphetamine with others.
Brimm was scheduled to 70 months in prison, four years of supervised release, and fined $300.
Two others charged in this case pleaded guilty to their roles and are awaiting sentencing.
