MADISON COUNTY, Ill. (KSDK) - A Madison County, Illinois man has been charged with public indecency.

The Madison County Sheriff's Office says they were called to the 120 block of East Wall in Worden, Illinois at 7:42 a.m. Wednesday for a report of a man exposing his genitalia.

Witnesses told deputies 25-year-old Matthew R. Read was standing in front of an open window exposing himself in a lewd manner.

Read was arrested and charged with public indecency.

Bond is set at $10,000.
