ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KSDK) - Homicide detectives were called to a north St. Louis County residence Thursday afternoon after a woman reportedly discovered a dead body in the home.
According to Officer Randy Vaughn, a spokesman for the St. Louis County Police Department, a woman called police at 3:25 p.m. to report finding the man's body. Police converged to the 10200 block of Valley Drive and contacted homicide detectives.
Police identified the man as 46-year-old Ramon Taylor.
A family member told NewsChannel 5 that Taylor moved to St. Louis from Iowa last October. A woman who identified herself as the man's sister-in-law said Taylor lived alone and worked at a car dealership.
The family member said it was the man's sister living across the street who called police crying hystericallly after she found her brother's body.
Investigators said they have no suspect in the death. They said the death may be tied to a possible burgary.
