JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KSDK) - A case heading to the Missouri Supreme Court Tuesday could have big implications for Missouri students.
The St. Louis Public School District is being sued by parents who paid to send their kids to Clayton Schools, after St. Louis schools lost accreditation in 2007.
Those parents argue the St. Louis Public School District should pick up the tab.
The district recently regained provisional accreditation, which could sway the eventual decision by the state supreme court.
