REYNOLDS COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) - A man previously charged with methamphetamine production has now been charged with two counts of murder.
Joshua Maynard has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder and arson.
Maynard and Allen Glasgow were charged with methamphetamine production in December after a fire killed two young brothers December 1, 2012.
Three-month-old JJ and 2-year-old Charlie were from Ellington, Missouri and died in the fire while staying with friends of their mother in Bunker, Missouri.
An adult and three other children were able to escape the fire.
Maynard and Glasgow were taken into custody in Arkansas.
