ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The Missouri Department of Transportation announced earlier this week they are committed to repairing potholes within their jurisdiction within 24 hours of receiving a report.
They say you can call them at 1-888-ASK-MoDOT or leave them a message on Facebook or Twitter.
But there's also another way you can report a problem, using an interactive map through SeeClickFix:
SeeClickFix calls themselves a modern-day universal 311 system.
Users can view current issues or they can report a problem using the street address of where the problem is located. They're then asked for details surrounding the problem, and pictures of the problem and for a valid email address.
An email is then sent to the government jurisdiction that is responsible for the issue. Anything from potholes, to graffiti, to vandalism can be reported with just a few easy steps.
