ST. LOUIS (KSDK) -- Missouri Department of Transportation crews will be out all day and all night continuing to clear roads and to prevent refreezing.
District Director Engineer Ed Hassinger said most of the major roads were in good shape for the Monday morning commute. Crews were focusing on shoulders and ramps.

People need to watch out for slush and what may appear to be wet roads because it could actually be icy.
Drivers needs to stay alert and give each other plenty of room.
Crews will be out the entire day continuing to clear streets and will add chemicals to prevent refreezing overnight.
