(KSDK) - Separate motorcycle collision on Monday left two men with serious injuries, and a woman with what were classified as moderate injuries.

Missouri Highway Patrol officials say around 7:00 p.m. Monday evening in Crawford County, a northbound motorcycle on Route UU north of Cuba ran off the left side of the road and threw the driver and a passenger from the bike.

The driver, 34 year old David Gilliam of Potosi was serious hurt.  His passenger, 35 year old Marquitta Cook of Potosi was also injured.  Both were airlifted to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

Troopers say around 9:20 p.m. last night in St. Charles County, 22 year old Brandon Oberndorfer of Florissant was westbound on Route BB when his motorcycle failed to negotiate a curve.

Oberndorfer lost control and was thrown to the ground.  The patrol says the victim was travelling too fast for the road conditions when he lost control.
