ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The final precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted for nearly two dozen homes in the St. Louis Hills neighborhood following a water main break.
Part of the St. Louis Hills neighborhood had been under advisory following a 12-inch water main break at Jamieson and Westway.
Before the break was repaired, residents lost water pressure, prompting the advisory. Bacteria tests came back Tuesday and showed water in the area was safe to drink, but 21 homes near the site of the break were left without water.
Water service has since been restored to all homes and businesses affected.
