NEWCASTLE, Okla. (CNN) - If you were wondering just how much power Monday's tornado in Oklahoma was packing, here's a glimpse.
The footage above was taken by Alan Chan near Newcastle. You can see the twister as it grows.
The National Weather Service says the tornado started west of Newcastle before moving to Moore, where it did the most damage.
At times, the agency says the tornado had winds of more than 200 miles an hour.
The tornado is blamed in the deaths of at least 24 people.
