ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Fans around the world are mourning the loss of James Gandolfini. He's the man who brought Tony Soprano to life in HBO's "The Sopranos."
Gandolfini died Wednesday in Italy. The cause is believed to be a heart attack.
Part of what makes his passing so shocking is that Gandolfini was just 51-years-old. We asked Dr. Michael Lim, director of the Division of Cardiology at Saint Louis University Medical Center to come down and talk about this on First @ 4.
