FLORISSANT, Mo. (KSDK) -- A Florissant man is being held in the St. Louis county jail on a $250,000 bond.
A warrant was issued this morning for murder in the second degree and armed criminal action.
Police arrived at the scene of a shooting around 2:30 a.m. in the 3200 block of Cross Keys Drive.
Dale Hayes, 25, has confessed to shooting and killing Simeon Brown, 31, after they had an argument over a female.
The police found the male victim lying on the ground with two bullet wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Hayes was taken into custody.
