ARNOLD, Mo. (KSDK) - Arnold police are investigating for the public's help in identifying and locating a man wanted for robbing a local bank Tuesday afternoon.
According to Major Nick McBroom, Arnold Assistant Police Chief, the robbery occurred at the Commerce Bank in the 900 block of Jeffco Boulevard around 12 p.m.
The suspect walked into the bank and presented a teller with a note implying he had a hand gun and demanded money, McBroom said. The man was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the bank. No one was hurt in the robbery.
Police described the suspect as a Caucasian man in his late teens or early 20s, standing between 5'11" and 6'2", weighing 150 to 180 pounds, clean shaven, and with light-colored hair. He was wearing a white ball cap with a Chicago Bulls logo on the front and a dark-colored bill, sunglasses, a dark-colored sweatshirt, khaki-colored cargo pants and dark shoes.
