ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KSDK) - St. Louis County police are investigating an attempted credit union robbery in south St. Louis County.
Police say around 3:30 p.m. Monday a man walked into the 1st Missouri Credit Union at Butler Hill and Lemay Ferry. He approached the teller and implied he had a weapon.
The teller ducked behind the counter, which confused the suspect, and he fled on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male, last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt. He had his face covered with a shirt, and was wearing a hat at sunglasses.
