Troy, MO (KSDK) - A man from Elsberry has waived his formal arraignment and entered a not guilty plea to multiple sex crimes connected to a member of his extended family.

Prosecutors charged 33 year old Robert Wolf with three counts of statutory rape, one count of statutory sodomy, and four counts of child endangerment for crimes they allege occurred between October 2012 and February 2013.

In court Tuesday, Wolf's bond was reduced to $75,000.00 from the original bail of a quarter million dollars.  Wolf was ordered not to have unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18, and no contact with his alleged victim.

Wolf was arrested last month after investigators presented evidence suggesting he provided marijuana to the 14 year old girl he victimized.

Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer set Wolf for trial on the charges this November in Lincoln County Circuit Court.
