Police ask for help identifying robbery suspect

ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - St. Louis police are asking for help identifying a man accused of robbing four men earlier this month.

Police were called a home in the 3600 block of Cleveland around 7:15 p.m. July 13. Four men said two other men approached them with a gun and announced a robbery.

Three cell phones and two wallets were taken from the victims.

The victims told officers one of the suspects drove toward them in a maroon Pontiac Grand Am and demanded the victims' pin numbers, which the victims disclosed.

The second suspect then hopped in the car and they drove away.

Surveillance images of the person believed to be the first suspect have been released. He is described as African American, between 20 and 30-years-old, standing between 5'7" and 5'10" tall with a thin build and short afro. He was last seen wearing a red hat, white tank top, and gray sweatpants.
