ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KSDK) - St. Louis County police confirm a credit union robbery on Lemay ferry Road is connected to an incident on Interstate 64.

First Missouri Credit Union in the 1600 block of Lemay Ferry was robbed around 10:15 a.m. Wednesday.

Police believe the suspect left the scene in a yellow Chevrolet, which may have been a Cobalt or Cavalier.

Around 10:30 a.m. citizens on westbound I-64, just east of Clayton Road, started reporting a bag that had been tossed from the window of a yellow Chevrolet.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 30s with facial hair, wearing a black shirt, black hat, and dark glasses.
